Pikake, Unit #205, 3701 Lower Honoapiilani Rd., Lahaina – We represented the buyers of this cute 2-bedroom 2-bath condo located at Pikake. It sold for $860,000.

3843 Lower Honoapiilani Road, Lahaina – We represented the seller in this remodeled 4-bedroom 2-bath home in West Maui on a 1/2 acre lot. We’re super happy to have a local family purchase the property. They’re going to love it! The house sold for $1,699,000.

February 2022
Lokelani Unit B-202, 3833 Lower Honoapiilani Rd., Lahaina – This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo allows short-term rentals right on the ocean! We listed this condo for $1,399,000 & after multiple offers, we closed & recorded for $1,450,000.

Maui Eldorado Unit E-202, 2661 Kekaa Dr., Lahaina – This 1-bed 1-bath condo in Kaanapali is located right on a golf course! We represented the buyers and the condo sold for $535,000.

March 2022
Honua Kai NR451, 130 Kai Malina Pkwy, Lahaina – If you are looking to own at one of Maui’s BEST Luxury Resorts, this is certainly it. We represented the buyers of this 3-bedroom 3-bath condo on the 4th floor at Honua Kai Resort & Spa in beautiful Kaanapali. The condo sold for $5,899,000.

Napili Ridge Unit J-2, 20 Hui F Rd., Lahaina – This cute 1-bedroom 1-bath condo is within walking distance to Napili Bay. The buyer has been looking to own for a few years and finally we were able to negotiate a great deal for him. He’s super stoked to start planning for his retirement on Maui! The condo sold for $425,000. 
857 Kopili St., Lahaina – A charming 4-bed, 2-bath plantation home. We represented the sellers and the house sold for $894,000.

92-6035 Puapake St, Kapolei, Oahu – If you are looking to buy or sell on any of the neighboring islands or on the mainland, we can help! We represented the buyers of this is 4-bedroom 3.5-bath home with a small cottage for guests in Kapolei, Oahu. The home sold for $1,050,000.

April 2022
Maui Kamaole J 212, 2777 S. Kihei Rd., Kihei – If you want to sit in the shade and feel the ocean breeze with a drink in your hand, the Maui Kamaole is the perfect place to do so! The Maui Kamaole is Kihei’s first-class condo property. We represented the buyers and the condo sold for $1,472,500.

11 Haku Hale Place, Lahaina – We represented both sides on this off-market transaction. Haku Hale Place is a wonderful little street off of Lower Honoapiilani Rd located close to shops, restaurants, and beaches. We have represented 4 other buyers and sellers on this street and are happy to have been able to put a deal together on behalf of both clients for $1,090,000.

Hale Napili Unit #6, 65 Hui Rd., Lahaina – This rare, direct beachfront 1-bedroom 1-bath ground floor condo is steps from the beautiful Napili Bay. Napili Bay is famous for its calmer crystal-clear water, beautiful colorful reef, turtles, and is excellent for whale watching. This condo sold for $860,000.

177 Alea Place, Makawao – This 3-bed 2-bath home in Upcountry Pukalani is close to restaurants, shops and the beautiful Pukalani Golf Course. It even has a 2-bed 1-bath ohana on the property! We represented the buyers and the home sold for $1,500,000.

We represented the buyers of this 2-bedroom 2-bath condo in Kona, on the Big Island. Ali’i Lani has two pools, beautiful lush gardens, and is close to the ocean. This condo sold for $535,000.

726 Shadow Bay Way, Osprey, Florida – We were able to help the buyers purchase a full-time single-family residence in Osprey, Florida. We helped them find the best agent in the area and walked them through the escrow process, inspections, negotiations etc. The 5-bedroom, 3-bath home was listed for $950k in a multiple offer situation they were able to beat out other offers and closed at $1,057,000. 
June 2022
Kamaole Sands Unit 7-401, 2695 S. Kihei Rd., Kihei – Making our client’s dreams come true always makes us so happy! We represented the buyers of this 2-bedroom 2-bath short-term rental condo located at Kamaole Sands. It sold for $1,450,000.

65 N. Kihei Rd. Unit #19, Kihei – We represented the buyers of this adorable condo complex located in North Kihei right off Sugar Beach. This condo sits on a beach that wraps all the way from Maalaea to North Kihei. When this condo came on the market, we knew this just might be the one for them! The condo sold for $675,000. 
July 2022

August 2022
310 Front St. Apt. A, Lahaina – We represented the sellers who are some of our very best friends. We’re sad to see them leave & will miss them very much but are happy for the new owners! The home sold for $1,050,000.

Kahana Villa Unit #E-612, 4242 Lower Honoapiilani Rd., Lahaina – This 1-bedroom condo on the 6th floor was sold for $895,000. The view alone is worth a million dollars!
