Lanai from Napili condo | Napili condos for sale

Puna Point #219-Oceanfront at the best beach on Maui, Napili Bay, is arguably the best place on earth.

This gorgeous condominium is almost as stunning as the view. Relax on your fabulous lanai with its glass railings so that you don’t lose a bit of the extraordinary Napili Bay views and the sunsets. You’ll enjoy frequent sightings of spinner dolphins that travel in the area and the fabulous Humpback whales that migrate here in the winter. The large front room is a comfortable space to relax and still enjoy views of the bay. It can also serve as an additional sleeping space for family or guests, or you might choose to sleep there yourself and be lulled by the rhythm of the waves.

There is a full galley kitchen. It makes excellent use of the space, and you’ll love the modern look of the stainless steel appliances along with the custom cabinetry and gorgeous granite. And while you have a full kitchen and dining areas in your condo, you are just steps from the sensational Sea House beachfront restaurant and Merriman’s oceanfront restaurant, which is also within walking distance right next door. The master bedroom is a comfortable private space with a relaxing garden view, a king size bed and private bath.

The owner is willing to sell a 50% interest to the right person and owner financing is available.

MELE KAI (Sound of the Ocean)

Honokeana Cove #118- This unit is so close to the water it is almost in the ocean.

The view... well, Mother Nature's ocean show is never boring....there is no substitute for being within 10 feet of crashing waves while at the same time safely within the privacy of your lanai.

On Maui, ownership longevity is generally a good indication of value/desirability.  Since the project was built in 1968 (originally it was a leasehold property), approximately 46 years ago, our small building (one of four within the complex, but our building has only 5 units) has experienced a turnover of owners that is perhaps among the lowest on Maui.

Words from the owners: Our good friend William Bluroc, a world class international architect and Honokeana Cove owner laid out and orchestrated the extensive complete make over and remodel, even down to redesigning space in the closets and cabinets to enhance the ambiance of living in this space.  Bill was responsible for greatly reducing the frequent noise from the upstairs units.  This unit is the only such ground floor unit in Honokeana Cove that has this noise buffering renovation.  Some of Bill Bluroc's suggestions that were incorporated into the extensive remodel:

1 - Italian porcelain floor tile (fired to more than 3,000 degrees)

2 - Brazilian granite in the bath, hallway, and kitchen

3 - Grohe or equivalent faucets

4 - Removal and replacement of all ceiling sheetrock with noise reducing material. Installation of sheet rock was completed on all exterior and most interior walls. There were two techniques used to greatly reduce noise from overhead

5 - All new Jalousie hardware for all vented windows. Tinted glass was installed wherever practical, including the lanai glass (for sun and heat benefits)

6 - A motion sensor for night time security on the lanai.

Additional changes and additions at the time of remodel and later:

a. Shower tree in large shower... easy to hose off kids

b. Complete new shower enclosures and glass

c. Pedestal sink, small bath-6 month preorder necessary, each one made to order

d. Recessed lighting through out

e. New light fixtures in bed and bath

f. All lights have dimmer switches

g. Ceiling fans through out

h. Added visual space in hallway by reducing interior closet and adding lighting and mirrors

i. Mirrors have been added to every room

j. Added 'suitcase storage' to large bedroom closet

k. Kitchen: new appliances (the best available considering future maintenance].  A complete new under counter layout was used to gain extra space (more than any other two bedroom at the Cove) by relocating the water heater from 'active' space to dead space, which required extensive replumbing... Lowered the ceiling and added recessed lighting

l. Added lanai ceiling lights with dimmers.
